Eligibility	Full-time staff, including senior postdoctoral fellows, assistant professors, lecturers, and associate professors. Each participant is required to submit an abstract in addition to sign a letter of confidentiality in advance. Participants are expected to attend all of the 3 sessions. Participants are required to register by Nov 20 upon receipt of a link for the sessions.
